By the way, Estonia is known as a country where people never have been speaking just one language. Actually, it is considered normal to speak 3-4 languages in this country, so it`s well worth to look for an Au Pair from this country.

We are most actively working with the AUPAIR programme and we can say that for 3 years we have managed to get very good level in it. We place on average 150 girls per year in different countries. The main European countries we deal with are: Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Italy, Spain, Germany, France, Holland, Belgium, Iceland and Ireland.

All our AuPair applicants have good knowledge of English and often they speak one more European or Scandinavian language.

All the girls are interviewed in English or in other language before acceptance of the documents. All the girls are also asked to make a psychological test in order to see if they are OK for work with children. Every girl has to submit at least two childcare references, which are checked by company`s staff personally.

In case of necessity the girl is asked to provide us with additional references. Also, every girl has to complete full medical report, which includes AIDS and pregnancy test. Almost all our applicants have previously worked as AuPairs, some have also worked as professional childcare staff in Estonia. Every 5th girl has higher pedagogical education or other relevant training.

We select our applicants very carefully and try to avoid accepting "not suitable" applicants. We also provide our AuPairs with list of the girls, who are already in the country, before their departure.

You will feel safe having our applicant in your home, as we can guarantee you the good level of AuPair whatever your family conditions are. We can also guarantee you a replacement of the girl if something will go wrong.
